Discipline Nr.1: 30 seconds

1. Make a video of you rolling as many Eskimo Rolls as you can in 30 seconds. Changing the direction of the rolls is not allowed. Please do only one type of the rolls during the whole video.
2. Post your video to your Instagram, Facebook or Youtube with the hashtags #eskimo30sec and #competesafe. Add your country and your club. If posting on your Facebook, please send us a link additionally via message on our Facebook page. If your accounts are set to private, please don't forget to send us a link on our Facebook page or to our Instagram Direct anyway.
3. Challenge 3 friends and follow your results at the tables below: by countries, clubs, in individual categories: 30 seconds and No Limits.
4. Do the biggest number of rolls and win the contest! See the full information on how the winners will be defined in the section "Important".

Discipline Nr.2: No Limits

1. Make a video of you rolling as many Eskimo Rolls as you can with no end limit of time, but be sure that there is not more than 5 seconds pause between the rolls. Changing the direction of the rolls is allowed. Please do only one type of the rolls during the whole video.
2. Post your video to your Instagram, Facebook or Youtube with the hashtags #eskimowithnolimits and #competesafe. Add your country and your club. If posting on your Facebook, please send us a link additionally via message on our Facebook page. If your accounts are set to private, please don't forget to send us a link on our Facebook page or to our Instagram Direct anyway.
3. Challenge 3 friends and follow your results at the tables below: by countries, clubs, in individual categories: 30 seconds and No Limits.
4. Do the biggest number of rolls not limited by time and according to the rules, and win the contest. See the full information on how the winners will be defined in the section "Important".

If you didn`t do more than others that`s alright - even one roll from you can lead your club to the podium in the Club` Competitions!

One of possible variants of Rolls in the Discipline Nr.1: 30 seconds

Important:

1. Only one video in each discipline from one participant will be accepted: so, maximum two videos from one participant.
2. Only full 360 degree Eskimo rolls with a paddle are accepted. The roll begins when the boat moves from even keel. The roll is considered to be finished when the boat is on even keel.
3. Due to explicit interest of the participants, by this moment we consider the following categories in the Discipline Nr.1: 30 seconds:
   • Category Slalom Boats K1
   • Category Slalom Boats C1
   • Category Plastic Kayaks
   • Sea Kayaks/Lake Kayaks
   This number of categories may be increased if sufficient number of other boats enter the contest.
   Competitions in the Discipline Nr.1: 30 seconds are held in U12, U16 and Open age groups.
   By now all the boats in the Discipline Nr.2: No Limits are considered in one category.
4. In case of a tie in the Discipline Nr.1, a winner will be defined by the best result in the Discipline Nr.2. In case of a tie in the Discipline Nr.2, a winner will be defined by the best result in the Discipline Nr.1. If there will be still a tie, the winner will be defined by an additional event.
5. The winners in both disciplines will be awarded with prizes from our sponsors.
6. Beside individual competitions, there are Club Competitions. The club with the biggest number of participants in the individual categories will win the contest in clubs' competitions and will be awarded. In case of a tie, the club with the biggest number of rolls will get a higher position. One participant may represent only one club.

Even More Important:

1. While performing, ensure that you keep social distance.
2. Every participant is responsible for their own safety. Participants under 21 years old must be accompanied by at least one older than 21-years-old family member or coach.
3. Take care about yourself and don`t overdo the Rolls.
